Who I Am and How I Work
I spent seven years running operations for a national association, scaling its convention from 3,210 to 6,317 attendees, building automation systems, and activating CRM platforms that teams actually used. I'm a Marine Corps veteran with a degree in Operations Management. I bring that same structured, accountable approach to every engagement.
What I see in most organizations: Workflows exist but aren't documented. Knowledge lives in people's heads, not in systems. CRM, automation tools, and project platforms overlap without clear ownership. Data gets entered inconsistently, so reports can't be trusted. Staff work around the system instead of through it.
The result: operational debt accumulates, decisions get made on gut feel instead of data, and your team spends more time managing tools than doing the work that matters.
The fix isn't buying something new. It's getting real value from what you already have. I assess what you have, break the problem into workable pieces, build documented systems for each one, then train your team to run it without me.
I've automated email tagging to 98.78% accuracy, cut payroll reporting from hours to 2 minutes, and delivered full CRM activation systems that let nonprofits stop worrying about tech and start focusing on their mission.
